About these Rubs

Four unique flavours with four different levels of heat.. chipotle & lime, poco loco, jerk & our famous firecracker rub.

Chipotle & Line – Flavours of smokey chipotle and the tangy lime go perfect together in this sensational rub suitable for meat, seafood or vegetables.

Poco loco – This tex mex inspired rub is great on chicken, used in tex mex chilli style dishes  Paprika, blended with Salt, Onion, Tomato Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Sugar, Garlic, Jalapenos, Oregano & Chilli Powder and can also be used a million other ways as well!  I’m especially partial to using taco seasoning to flavor Mexican rice or a side of black beans.

Jerk – A slightly spicy, sweet & tangy rub more about flavour than heat.. .Smokey Joe’s Caribbean jerk seasoning gets its kick from a blend of ingredients such as chiles, thyme, cinnamon, garlic, and nutmeg, perfect on chicken, pork and most grilled meats

Firecracker – Not for the faint hearted, this rub is made with 3 different heat sources, blended with smokey paprika, pepper and a select group of herbs. . A perfect rub for wings or ribs if your wanting something that will bite you back.
