About this Seasoning

A special blend of freshly dried basil, oregano, rosemary with red pepper & onion flakes and my own special dried lemon zest. Great as a rub for roast chicken, lamb or even on vegetables, sprinkled over pizza, and can be used to make a marinade for almost any meat by adding some olive oil. It also makes a delicious dipping oil when combined with good quality olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan!
