A local artisan spice blender carefully mixes these herbs for us. We love their curry & spicey blends in our cooking and were equally delighted with the results in our wood pellets. And we get to support a locally owned family business.

Garlic, rosemary and thyme form the basic of the flavours, During the pelletising process using pure hardwood we like to mix it up a bit and experiment with adding aromatic dried herbs fresh from the garden. Great to be used with pellet pizza ovens.

These Pellets are perfect for Chicken, Fish, Cheese and Pizza.
